All insulation, equipment racks, wire harness and channels are built to your spec or our custom design. Materials typically utilized; MDO, HDPE/Plywood, neoprene and silicon gasketing, electrical and vibration isolation, various forms of HVAC.
With licensed electricians on staff we can handle all of your wiring needs.
Fabricated Metals staffs a complete engineering and drafting team. Utilizing top drafting software (Microstation, AutoCAD, Inventor, and Risa3D software) we can engineer a solution that is specified to your requirements or custom to the application.
Fabricated Metals operates on a 15-acre site with over 160,000 square feet of manufacturing space. In addition to indoor storage, we have over 50,000 square feet of outdoor storage, allowing for completion of the largest jobs.
Most cases and houses are finished with wet paint, powdercoat, aluminum, galvanized, Galvanneal, or stainless steel passivation.
Most of our industrial houses and cases are protected from the elements utilizing heating and cooling systems. We offer Rigid Polyiso foam board in 3 sizes, from ½”, 1″, or 2″ in thickness. However, we will apply insulation as called for in drawings and specs of the job.
Fabricated Metals utilizes steel cutting lasers for precision accuracy in the cutting of heavy gauge steel. Our tooling also consists of top grade computer controlled technology utilized in the shearing, welding and bending of metal products.
We can powder coat large and small jobs to protect products from the elements. Our facilities are capable of painting a 10’ x 20’ x 10’ enclosure/houses.
Our skilled Welders are top grade craftsman. We ALL-WELD our cases and houses making them the sturdiest quality products in the industry. Our welding capabilities include Aluminum, 14 GA or 12 GA Steel, Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel, Galvannealed or Cor-Ten® Steel and have a CWI on staff.
